Below is a mix of my favourite exercises to keep toned... Check out some awesome ways to get your heart rate up!!! Try for 5 Rounds of the following ...

  •  Legs & Bum: 20 x Jumping Lunges

  • Back: 20 x Lat Pull Down
  • Abs : 20 x Russian Twist (each way)

1 min rest between rounds.  Repeat for 5 Rounds! 

  • Chest: 20 x Push Ups
  • Abs: 20 x Rollouts Fitball
