Legs & Bum: 20 x Jumping Lunges
- Back: 20 x Lat Pull Down
- Abs : 20 x Russian Twist (each way)
1 min rest between rounds. Repeat for 5 Rounds!
- Chest: 20 x Push Ups
- Abs: 20 x Rollouts Fitball
