Plant-based hair and skincare brand Aveda, known for its commitment to sustainability, has named Australian model and the 2018 winner of The Block, Elyse Knowles, as its new national brand ambassador for haircare. The environmentally conscious model was selected for her own commitment to ethical beauty and eco-friendly lifestyle she leads—making the two the perfect match. “Aveda’s core brand values, and Elyse’s personal values align perfectly,” said the brand's general manager, Clint Piper. “It’s not often that you find an inspirational role model who really cares about our environment like she does, we couldn’t be prouder to begin this partnership with Elyse.” Prepare to see a lot more of the model in the near future.
