Embrace & Love Your Body, it is the MOST amazing thing you will EVER own!
Everyone has their insecurities ... We all have those things that we don't like about ourselves. BUT it's not just you! Everybody feels this way occasionaly & if they say they don't..they're telling a fib. It's important to take a moment & just be thankful ... If you are healthy & happy today then THAT is the most important thing. I've learned over the years that I need to be humble & grateful for everything that I have in life. While I might have an off day here & there, it is nothing compared to the challenges that some people face every single day. There are people around the word living in poverty, people who have to walk up to 4km to access fresh water... there are people in the world who have no food to feed their kids.
So for all of us who are lucky enough to have food on the table & a roof over out heads... it's time to be real! My advice... The one thing that makes me feel instantly good is when I put my runners on and go for a walk. Refresh the mind & get some exercise in. In less that 10 minutes you'll be feeling better.
Taking time off social media is one of the best things you can do for your mind. Stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone is different , so be proud of your shape weight and image. If you are struggling...take little steps to help improve your self esteem.

- Style yourself according to YOUR shape. Be proud of who you are and flaunt what you got girl. Curves are hotttt!
- What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create. From the great man himself...BUDDHA!
