The Block's Elyse Knowles and Josh Barker are enjoying their new life as parents and celebrating a special milestone with their son.
The couple welcomed their little boy Sunny in February and have been keeping his face off social media until now.
Sharing a couple of gorgeous black and white snaps on Instagram, the model gushed it's been the best six months of their lives and revealed why they've decided to share his face online.
"The best 6 months of our lives. Sunny brightening up every single day like we couldn't ever have imagined," read the caption.
"We wanted to keep him to ourselves for a while but it feels right to share him now.
"This is why we are here @joshy.barker to bring up this little man safe happy and healthy. We love you buddy. Love mum and dad xxx #sunnybarker."
In the snaps Josh is holding Sunny, who is flashing a big gummy smile at his dad.
"Oh my gosh he is heaven!!!" commented Fiona Falkiner.
Ksenija Lukich wrote, "Oh hello gorgeous boy."
Both Elyse and Josh are clearly loving their new life as a family of three and have been sharing plenty of sweet pics of their adventures with Sunny.
Earlier this year Elyse admitted becoming a mum has been consuming and exhausting, and as much as she loves her baby there are times when she wishes she could have a break.
"Adjusting to the new normal is a tricky time of life. My body is having to function with such limited sleep, which is tough. I'm getting much better at looking to Josh for help when I need to nap, as listening to your body is vital. If you crack, it takes too much energy to bring yourself back up. That energy is better used for more positive things," she wrote in the blog post.
Elyse also shared a message for other mums from her own recent experience.
"I'm not sure if it's a mum thing, but we seem to have so much pride and such a 'I can do it all approach.' The lesson I am learning very quickly? Asking for help is the best thing you can do for your baby, your soul and your household. If everyone feels supported & as if they can cope, the energy surrounding you will be so much happier," the post continued.
